New energy electric vehicle charging pile no voltage current fault handling

Troubleshooting steps are as follows:

1. Check the alarm record and alarm status of the monitor, and find the contactor alarm, indicating that the status of the contactor is wrong;

2. Measure the actual state of the contactor, the main contact and the auxiliary contact, and find that the main contact is in a conduction state, and further detect whether the contactor is stuck or the coil power supply;

3. Detect the control power supply (24V) of the contactor coil. When it is found that it is not charged, the control board will continue to output 24V power supply to further judge the fault of the control board;

4. Replace the control board of the OK charging pile. If the contactor alarm is normal, it can be charged normally. Therefore, if the original control board is confirmed to be faulty, return the replaced control board to the maintenance team for repair.
